Responsibilities:
Motivating and directing sales teams working under his leadership
Fostering relationships with internal and external environment company
Responsible for achieving the target of each personnel
Propose promotional programs to increase company sales
Creating a market forecast and analysis
Requirements:
* Male, age between 27-35 years
* Minimal S1 majoring in Engineering / Marketing / Economics with min GPA. 2.80
* Experience min. 2 years in the same position especially in the field of plastic / consumer goods
* Capable of running Microsoft Office
* Preferred is a Mandarin language skills both oral and written
* Able to use English actively
* Have leadership and good interpersonal skills
* Nimble and able to work with the target
